Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or any other use is prohibited without express authorization from the owner.

3. Conditions of Use:

Access and use of the website implies acceptance of these conditions. The user agrees to use the website in a manner in accordance with the law and not to carry out activities that may damage the content or functionality of the site.

4. Purchase Conditions:

The purchase of products on our website refers to tickets for visits to monuments and experiences in Menorca. After the purchase, a QR code will be sent that gives the right to visit the indicated place during the following 15 days. Reduced VAT of 10% is included in the price.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy:

• 5.1 Purchases
  Tickets can be purchased through our website.
  Each ticket is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
  It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the specific conditions of each ticket prior to purchase.
• 5.2 Cancellation and Refund
  If a problem arises, tickets can be canceled and refunded within 15 days of purchase, as long as they have not been exchanged.
  If a center is closed due to force majeure within the validity period, the ticket price will be refunded. To complain, contact the phone number +34 971 364 040 or the email administracion@pendent.es.
  The refund will be processed within 14 days of approval of the return request and will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.
• 5.3 Changes and Modifications
  Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable.
  In the event of changes to the event schedule or venue closure, we will contact buyers to offer alternative solutions or the appropriate refund.

6. Exclusion of Guarantees and Liability:

Pendent, Serveis i Gesció S.L. is not responsible for damages caused by the use of the website, including errors, omissions or interruptions in service.

We reserve the right to modify the content of the website without prior notice. It is recommended to review the conditions periodically.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

The applicable law will be Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.
