1. Introduction In Pending, Services and Management S.L., We are committed to offering an easy and safe purchase experience. This policy establishes the terms and conditions for the purchase and refund of tickets to places of cultural interest in Menorca.
2. Shopping
- Tickets can be purchased through our website.
- Each ticket is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the specific conditions of each ticket prior to purchase.
3. Returns and refunds
- Cancellation and refund: If any problem arises, tickets can be canceled and reimbursed within 15 days of the purchase, as long as they have not been exchanged.
- Return procedure: To request a return, please contact our customer service in administracion@pendent.es with the order number and reason for the return.
- Reimbursement: The refund will be processed within 14 days of the approval of the return application and will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.
4. Changes and modifications
- Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable.
- In the event of changes to the event schedule or venue closure, we will contact buyers to offer alternative solutions or the appropriate refund.
